Muramasa is a Legendary katana obtained from King Samurai. The current community wiki lists a fifteen percent drop chance and a trading level requirement of 3,400. Those are different conditions: the boss is the direct acquisition route, while the level requirement concerns trading. Neither number describes the requirements for its awakened moves or for the newly discussed True Muramasa route.
For the wiki's Muramasa awakening, talk to Surgit on Shred Endangering in the Second Sea and defeat ten Sea Kings. The source says the defeat count is saved when leaving the game. It then lists fifty Gems to unlock each awakened move. That is a per move statement, not an independently published full upgrade package. Keep the Sea King objective and gem spending separate from the materials used at the blacksmith.
The three blacksmith ranks use Pile of Bones, Iron Ingot and Samurai's Bandage, with listed damage bonuses of eight, ten and twelve percent. Repeated ingredient amounts across ranks do not mean that one payment purchases every rank. Review the next recipe before spending the materials, and avoid adding rank labels into a new percentage that the source does not state. The normal M1 reference is explicitly described without Haki.
Update 11 reporting says Muramasa V1 and V2 were reworked. That makes the version of an older showcase relevant when comparing move effects. True Muramasa is also covered in current update reporting, but it should not be silently substituted for this base weapon or its traditional awakening route. The Update 11 page compares the available instructions and their disagreements. Use this page for the base drop, trade gate and wiki awakening, then follow the version page for newer quest claims.
