Kioru in King Legacy

Kioru is a Rare katana obtained after completing Tiger's questline on Loaf Island. The community wiki lists a purchase cost of 25,000,000 Beli after the questline and describes its M1 reference as 1,963 without Haki. Finishing the prerequisite and paying for the weapon are separate steps; reaching Tiger does not by itself mean the sword has been purchased.

Its normal skill table names Radio Slash on Z and Injection Shot on X, with different stat requirements. Radio Slash is described as a flurry of slashes in front of the user, while Injection Shot uses a crosshair for a aimed attack. This distinction gives a more useful comparison than the shared sword category: one move description emphasises a nearby sequence and the other an aimed shot. A listed skill requirement is a progression condition, not the amount of damage dealt.

The blacksmith recipes use Leather, Iron Ingot and Dragon Scale. The three rank labels list ten, twelve and fourteen percent damage improvements. Treat the recipe at each rank separately, because identical ingredient amounts do not establish that a single payment covers all ranks. Dragon Scale is also used by other swords, so decide which weapon's next rank matters most before assigning shared material stock.

Kioru V2 is a separate upgrade path from buying the base katana and from the blacksmith rank table shown here. An account of the base Tiger route should not be presented as the whole V2 quest. The current wiki also states that Kioru has no difference when used inside Control's room despite its visual association with that fruit. That prevents a common theme based assumption from becoming a fabricated damage synergy. This page attributes the price, moves and upgrade recipes to one community source.
