Dominion Cloak in King Legacy

Dominion Cloak is a specialist choice for Control users. The base effects are +20% Control Damage and +7% Health. That damage line does not say All Damage or all fruit damage, so compare it with the fruit you actually use before replacing a general accessory. Its other important role is in Control awakening, which makes keeping one relevant even when another accessory is better for a different build.

The acquisition route points to Abyssal Swordsman at Forgotten Coliseum in Third Sea. The wiki and an older independent Reddit discussion both identify the encounter and report approximately a 1% drop rate. The discussion predates the current trading change and calls the cloak untradeable; the current wiki's trade field instead gives a level requirement of 5,000. Each upgrade raises Control Damage and Health by five percentage points relative to the previous listed rank. The final line reaches +35% Control Damage and +22% Health. For Dominion Cloak rank 2, the recorded change is +30% Control Damage, +17% Health using 100 Sea Artifact, 1 Dragon Fang, 50 Shark's Fin, 20 Sea King's Blood, 3 Kraken's Ink.
