Dash and Soru are different actions. Dash moves you over a short distance and is available from the start; Soru is the separate teleport ability. On Xbox, tapping R3 for Soru and holding R3 for Conqueror are different inputs, so a quick press will not reproduce the held ability. The table distinguishes the actions instead of treating all movement as one teleport key.
The PC Haki keys are T, Y and U. Older guides can show J and K for Armament and Observation: the community update log explicitly records their replacement by T and Y. A keyboard command still depends on owning the corresponding ability. Reading a keybind does not unlock Haki or replace the progression requirements explained in the Haki guide.
For mobile, use the named Haki and ability buttons in the combat interface. The wiki describes a Conqueror button and a Ken Haki button for Observation. Keep the movement joystick distinct from attack and skill buttons. The controls reference lists skill buttons at the screen edges, while the exact set depends on the equipped fruit, sword or fighting style.
Roblox has a separate system menu with Settings and Help. Its official Help documentation covers keyboard shortcuts, mouse instructions and mobile gestures, while Settings includes camera and accessibility options. In Classic camera mode, holding the right mouse button and dragging changes the view. King Legacy also has its own Menu and Settings route for code entry; that game menu is a different interface from Roblox system settings.
