Control creates a room or zone for its attacks. The community wiki lists a Black Market cost of 6,900,000 Beli and a permanent version at 1,075 Robux. A room based move set is the central reason to compare Control with another fruit: its attack descriptions concern actions inside that space rather than a general bonus applied to every weapon or every area of the map.
The current awakening instructions require two physical Control fruits given to Awake Master and possession of the Dominion Cloak. The wiki states a full awakening cost of 500 Gems.
